Executive Search
Oxwich is a boutique executive search firm specialising in the energy trading markets.
We are passionate about the energy sector and the people who make it such a fascinating and unique industry.
Our Approach
We pride ourselves in our detail orientated approach and thorough methodology.
By combining trusted partnerships with our clients and long standing relationships within our candidate network, we are able to complete all searches in a timely manner.
We value meeting in person and will always visit our clients in order to fully understand the requirements of the search mandate in detail. We then undertake extensive and discrete research in all associated markets, maintaining clear lines of communication with all parties throughout. The findings from each stage of the search process are delivered to the client on a pre-arranged schedule until completion of the mandate.
Oxwich operates in a classic retained search manner, insisting on absolute exclusivity on any mandate we are retained on. As the face to the market for our clients, we must control the message being presented to prospective candidates and ensure the entire process is handled with absolute discretion at every stage.
We appreciate that each search is unique and welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements and how we can tailor our approach to suit your needs. Please contact us directly for further information and our Terms and Conditions.
